Full screen fills the display like the classic Launchpad you know. Windowed mode stays small and centered, out of the way of your work.

Before you start
What's the difference between the website and App Store versions?
Both versions have the same tools and are free to download; they differ in how they're installed and in a few system permissions. The website version is a download from this site that you drag into Applications yourself and update from inside the app. The App Store version installs and updates through the Mac App Store. Because App Store apps run in Apple's required sandbox, it can't get system permissions such as Accessibility, so some ways to summon it and a few features aren't available. Full comparison below.

What do I do on first launch?
Follow the guide to grant the permissions it needs, then put a few favorite apps and tools on keys. You can turn off tools you don't use at any time.
Is it worth it with just one Mac?
Yes. Every tool in the Mac app works on its own; iPhone and iPad are optional companions.
